2010: Coast to Coast in 10 days - Completed in 8 days, 8hrs, 19mins
2009: Coast to Coast in 10 days - Abandoned on Day 3
The Coast to Coast Walk runs from St Bees on the west coast of England to Robin Hood's Bay on the east coast. My goal for 2011 - having completed my solo 10-day attempt at the C2C in 2010 with a day and a half to spare - is to join the small band of walkers who have complete the 191-mile trek within five days.

My Five Day Itinerary
Day 1: St Bees to Patterdale (46.5 miles)
Day 2: Patterdale to Kirkby Stephen (36.5 miles)
Day 3: Kirkby Stephen to Richmond (34 miles)
Day 4: Richmond to Clay Bank Top (35 miles)
Day 5: Clay Bank Top to Robin Hood’s Bay (39 miles)
Day 2: Patterdale to Kirkby Stephen (36.5 miles)
Day 3: Kirkby Stephen to Richmond (34 miles)
Day 4: Richmond to Clay Bank Top (35 miles)
Day 5: Clay Bank Top to Robin Hood’s Bay (39 miles)
